add dahi in rava and make thick batter . put it aside for -min. add water and salt make consistency for idli. put it in idli vessel with small mould.steam it for - min. Take a pan heat oil add mustard seed ,late it temper add haldi, mirchi add idlis. add crushed sugar free tablet if u like it little bit sweet. add salt if needed. READY... Eat with dhaniya,mint,chilli,garlic mix green chutney🤤
