Soak chana overnight and boil next day
let chana cool down and add dry Red Chillies, Jeera Powder, salt, Aamchur Powder and grind them together.
Take the mixture into hands and shape them into tikki
fry the tikki in pan
For Salad, add quinoa and all the preferred Veggies and toss them. Season it with salt and red pepper powder
For Chutney, take coriander, green chillies, lemon/raw mango, ginger and salt. Grind them to make chutney
Serve all together
