rinse and then soak gm chickpeas for to hours in enough water. . Add tbsp ghee on pressure cooker .when it is hot enough add gm onions paste ,tomato paste ,and tsp ginger and garlic paste. . Next add all the spices ( turmeric,salt,cumin ) .Add drained chickpeas . Add cups of hot water. stir very well. . pressure cook for to minutes on a medium to high flame till the chickpeas are cooked well. The chickpeas should have a melt in the mouth consistency. .Add to green chilies and coriander .Mix very well. check the taste of gravy and add more salt, garam masala .Serve hot.
