Red chilli powder,Garam Masala,Salt as per Taste
Cardamom 1, cinnamon 1 inch
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
In pressure cooker add oil gms, add cardamom, cinnamon
saute for mins then add onion slices Fry till golden color and then add ginger garlic paste saute until raw smell goes then add tomato pieces and saute until soft
Add soaked chana and Fry for min then add water, red chilli powder,masala and salt.saute for mins and then pressure cook for vissels then adjust seasoning
serve hot with paratha or chapati
