Chana dal 100gm Multigrain aata 120gm
Ginger Coriander Green chilli Onion
Salt Turmeric powder
Ghee 5gm
Take a cooker add dal ,salt , chopped ginger according,turmeric powder and little water.
Give it two whistles and let it cool down .
Grind the dal or grind it in a sil. Grind it till it becomes slightly thick ,
Add chopped green chilli,coriander and onion.Mix it filling is ready .
Dough the aata. And make parathas . Fill it properly so the filling spreads evenly.
Serve it with curd or dip or sauces.
