Hing, curry patta, rai, sabut Lal mirch, black salt, pepper

Method

Step 1

Cool rice and Chana dal separately. . Heat ghee, add hing, rai, curry patta, sabut lal mirch . Add the veggies and salt and cook till tender . Add the rice, black pepper and Chana dal and mix . Serve hot with curd and black salt
