Chana dal. - 70 gram Oil. - 7 gram
Step : Soak chana dal overnight or hrs. Next day morning grind like coarse paste. Step : Add sliced onion and spices ( chilli powder, fennel seeds, salt, ginger, coriander and curry leaves). Mix together and make patties shape. Steam it for minutes. Now it’s fully cooked. Step: After that just shallow fry it with required oil to get crispy texture.
