Chana (Black gram) 30gm soaked over night and boiled
Onion 20gm fine chopped
Tomato 25gm fine chopped
Cucumber 25gm fine chopped
Green chilli 1 fine chopped
Coriander 1 spoon chopped
Red chilli powder, Chaat masala, Himalayan salt, Black pepper powder
Take a bowl add boiled chana, add all veggies then sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, salt and mix it well. Chana chaat is ready. You can squeeze lemon 🍋 on the top which is totally optional...
