Ingredients

Skimmed milk:200ml

Double cream:20ml: whipped upto little thick consistency (i whipped using hand and spoon as the quantity was less)

Chai masala : of your choice : i have used home made You can use :black pepper ,cinnamon ,ginger,cloves,nutmeg powder,tulsi powder everything crushed... while making tea

Cinnamon powder & star anise for dressing

Tea leaves :2tsp

Method

Step 1

STEPS: . Take sauce pan . Add milk . Add pre-prepared chai masala or use ingredients mentioned above . Bring it to boil . Sieve it into a coffee mug . Whip double cream . On top of hot tea add the whipped cream in circles . Drizzle some cinnamon powder using sieve and place a star anise for dressing , enjoy your chai latte
