Celery - 50 gm
Beetroot - 50 gm
Apple - 100 gm
Grated ginger - a pinch
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp or according to your likng
Water (as per your liking)
Chop all veggies and fruit into small pieces and put it in the blender along with lemon juice and ginger and blend it well. Add water as per your liking. It is ready. P.S do not strain it. You do not want to throw away the fiber.
Alternatively you might grate the veggies and apple and then blend it.
