1. Cauliflower florets 100 gm

2 Rice 50 gm

3. Chicken 100 gm or soya granules 50 gm

4. Spices like pepper, salt, Curry powder

5. Garnishing with spring onion

6. Olive oil 5 gm

Method

Step 1

Boiled the rice and kept aside

Step 2

In a heated pan added oil and tossed veggies like onion, bell peppers. Added the meat or soya.

Step 3

Added the spices and salt.

Step 4

Added the boiled rice and tossed everything together. Serve hot
