Gobi/cauliflower 200gms
Paneer 50gms cut into cubes
soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste , vinegar 1/4 tsp
chili powder 1/2 tsp,oil 7 gms
Maida 5 gms
)Wash and Cut Cauliflower into florets )add maida , chilli powder,salt to it and mix )Bake for mins around ° f or °c ) In hot pan on high flame add oil once it's hot add paneer cubes ) Saute for mins then add baked cauliflower and saute for mins ) add soya sauce, tomato ketchup and vinegar ,Fry for mins ) add coriander leaves that's optional )Serve hot
