whole eggs - 2
ghee - 5 gm
turmeric 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
garam masala powder - little
salt
Ginger-garlic paste 1/2tsp
Cut the cauliflower into small florets
In a pan, add ghee, sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato
Add masala powder, mix and let it stay for a min
Add the cauliflower, mix it in the masala and then add the eggs
Mix everything together so that the eggs spread throughout the cauliflower
Close lid and let it cool for about mins in medium to low flame.
