Paneer - 50 g
Onion-25g
Carrot-10 g
Capsicums/ bell peppers -50 g
Ghee/oil -3 g
For tadka - muastard seeds ,curry leaves,green chilli,asafoditida,, turmeric powder
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Salt
Fresh corriander leaves for garnish
Finely chop cauliflower florets in chopper ( I used string one )also other veggies
Heat ghee/ oil in a pan
Add mustard seed ,curry leaves,onion , green chilli and sauté it Add turmeric powder and Asafotida
Add other veggies and cauliflower and stirr it ,add salt
After cauli softens add paneer Add lemon juice
Garnish with fresh corriander leaves Enjoyyyy
