Take gm carrot and cut into small pieces. Boiled it till get soft . Drained the extra water....Make puree in a mixer after it get cooled.Make de cornflour paste in drained water.... Mix carrot purée and cornflour paste. Add ghee in nonstick pan and add this mixture in it ..keep it on slow flame ..keep stirring mixture on low flame ...within next min mixture come close .. switch off the gas .. put the mixture in mould and keep in refrigerator
