150ml cows milk π₯
50gms rolled oats
50gms π₯carrots
2 dates
30gms prunes
10gms dried cranberries
5gms walnuts
1/4tsp cinnamon
a dash of nutmeg
1 scoop whey protein (cookie and cream flavour)
Make a paste of dates and prunes
In a container add the rolled oats, grated carrots, dates n prunes paste, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add milk and mix properly.
Keep in the refrigerator overnight.
Just before consuming add a scoop of whey protein n mix well.
Top up with some cranberries and chopped walnuts.
