Oats - 50gm Shredded carrots -100gm Chia seeds - 10gm Baking powder -1tsp Casein protein -25gm Low fat yogurt - 60ml Salt- a pinch
Low fat cream cheese filling - 30gm
Pre heat oven @deg Celsius. . Take a oven proof dish and add in all the ingredients except cream cheese, mix it all well and then make a well in the center and add in cream cheese. :'))) . Now bake it for - minutes, take it out and let it cool down for a bit and then dig in 🤩🤩🤩
