Carrot 50 gm

Mustard seeds 10gm

Beets 30gm

Method

Step 1

Take a pot add . litres of water in it

Step 2

Then add sliced carrots and beet root Add tbsp salt , / tbsp black salt ,red chilly powder a pinch of hing(asafoetida) and crushed mustard seeds. Cover it with cotton cloth

Step 3

Place the pot in sun light for - days Enjoy the drink It’s good for your cardiovascular health
