Carrot (washed and peeled) - 260g
Pineapple (peeled) - 220g
Apple (deseeded) - 160g
Ginger - 0.5 inch
Water (as required) - 400ml
Cut the fruits into small pieces and put into the mixer. I have used a mixer and not juicer, as I don't throw the remnants and use it in the juice itself. . Add water and mix/blend it in batches. Strain and blend all the filtered portion with little bit of water. . Store in glass jar and serve. Better to be consumed right away for the freshness to be enjoyed. From the above quantity, I got .ltrs (including water quantity) of output.
