cabbage 200gms jowar, rice flour n besan 40gms each ghee 15gms turmeric salt chilly powder garam masala coriander and cumin powder 1spoon each water
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add water to form a medium consistency. Heat a pan and put some ghee on it, pour a ladle full of mixture and spread on the pan. Once cooked flip and cook the other side and enjoy with curd.
