Capsicum cabbage carrot 150gm (mix of three)
Amul cheese cube (1)
Ghee 10gm
Soak soya chunks for mins in hot water
Chop vegetables & soya
Take Ghee in hot pan, add chilli powder, turmeric, salt and any masala of your choice u can add( i have used pav bhaji masala in the end of the process) with pinch of salt
Add chopped vegetable and soya with half cup of water, cook it by covering it with lid
I usually add, pav bhaji masala in the end of all my dishes because I personally love that flavour in my food
