Prawns - 120g Onion - 60g Garlic - 15g Butter - 10g Spring onion - for garnish 2tbsp

Method

Step 1

Make sure your prawns are washed well and deveined. Now I had marinated the prawns with tumeric and red chilli powder overnight. You can do that or skip the step if you are in a hurry. . Start with finely dicing onion 🧅 and garlic🧄. . Take a pan and add butter to it. . Now once the butter is heated add garlic and onion and cook until golden brown. . Now add a pinch of turmeric, chilli powder and salt to taste and mix well. . Throw in your prawns in the same pan. . Add ml of water and cook for -mins. . Take it off the heat and add spring onion to garnish. Enjoy your buttery garlic prawns. Happy eating 🥳
