garlic chopped 5 cloves
Stalk of lemongrass
Chopped coriander leaves
Cumin 2g
Heat butter in a pan, add cumin to it.
Add chopped garlic to the pan
Add the prawns and sautee
Leave for - mins on low flame till prawn is cooked
Add some herbs like chives, thyme etc (as per taste)
In a separate saucepan, boil some lemongrass stalks for about minutes in parallel.
Add lemongrass strained water to pan with prawns.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
