Step : In pan put olive oil and butter , once it hot put the chopped garlic , fry for / mins in medium flame. Step : put the cleaned prawn and fry for mins in high flame. Step : add salt and cover the pan with lid and let it cook for / mins. Step : add chilli flakes and spring onion sauté for mins and it’s ready .
