Peanuts - 15gms Onions, Raw - 25gms Tomatoes - 50gms Chickpeas - 40gms Carrot-50gms Soya Chunks-10gms pomegranate seeds -30gms. Salt 1/4 tsp Pinch pepper Chilli powder 1/4 tsp Chat masala 1/4 tsp Coriander leaves and half a lemon. Capsicum-25gms Cucumber-100gms

Method

Step 1

Soak peanuts and channa over night and boil it in salt water. Add rest of the ingredients and your dinner bowl of cals with all nutrients is ready .
