Brussel sprouts -100 grams
Paneer - 100 grams
Almond flour- 10 grams
Black pepper
Seasoned salt
Tajin Classico seasoning
Chili flakes
Ghee
- half a tablespoon of ghee in a pan, after the ghee gets hot put in the washed and slit (from the middle) brussel sprouts.
After the brussel sprouts are half done, add panner and all the seasonings (as per taste)
Let it sit on medium flame for minutes.
Take it out in a serving bowl and garnish it with almond flour at the top.
