1. Paneer 50gm 2. Rice( generic) 50gm 3. Butter 10gm 4. Green veggies 100gm

Method

Step 1

Steps :- . Cook the rice as per choice . Take Butter in heated pan, you can either give tampering by cumin, turmeric, etc or just stir fry veggies in butter by adding little salt per taste . Serve with paneer and its Ready to dig in. P. S. I have added tablespoon chopped onion n tomatoes as My diet plan allows to eat one onion n tomato everyday
