Brown bread slices - 4

Paneer - Grated 20gm

Carrot - Grated 10 gm

Red bell pepper- 4 julians chopped

Yellow bell pepper- 4 julians chopped

Capsicum - 4 julians chopped

Diet mayo- 20 GMs

Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

Himalayan salt- to taste

Method

Step 1

) In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers. ) Add diet Mayo, salt and black pepper powder. ) Mix well and place the filling on slices of bread. ) Assemble the sandwich and dry roast on seasoned pan. Tasty, filling sandwich is ready.
