200ml milk
10gms whey protein
1 pinch of pepper powder
Take a mixer jar pour ml milk in it, add gms oats in it, add gms spinach and gms brocolli in it. Next add a pinch of pepper powder in it to give some spicy taste which feels better after drinking this shake. At last grind it and enjoy the drink😁.
