- Before start making the soup, boiled the broccoli, tomatoes and onions ( you can add spinach or any other vegetables if u want) - make a paste of boiled vegetables
- warm up the pan - use olive oil and add cumin, garlic cloves , green chili ( you can add Indian spices if u want but pinch of it e.g. turmeric, coriander power, cumin power, red chili power) - after few mins add the vegetables paste - add salt and cook for a while.
