Put gms olive oil in a pan. Saute onion (gms chopped) tsp ginger paste and tap garlic paste until they turn a nice golden brown colour.
Add chopped broccoli ( cloves) and green chilli. Sauté for a minute or two.
Pour the cube of vegetable stock and let broccoli soften
Turn off the heat and let it cool down. Then use a blender to get a smooth consistency and texture
Put back the mix on medium flame in a pan and add milk (ml) mixed with cornflour (tsp) and add salt and pepper to taste.
Let it simmer for a boil and take it off the heat and garnish with some pistachios (optional)
