275 gm Broccoli

25gm Carrot

75 ml Whole Milk

Method

Step 1

) Clean and cut broccoli (gm) and carrot (gm) ) Boil broccoli and carrot until tender ) Grind it and sieve it ) Add ml milk (milk is used to get the creaminess) to the sieved mixture and cook for mins ) Add salt, pepper, chaat masala and lemon as per taste ) Add water to make it thin as per your choice of consistency and bring to boil ) Enjoy your healthy, tasty and oil free soup!
