Ingredients

Potato boiled, grated - 60grams

Broccoli blanched - 250grams

Paneer grated - 30grams

Chilli flakes - 1/8tsp

Kasoori methi - 1/4tsp

Bread crumbs - 20grams

Salt - 1tsp

Ginger chopped - 1tsp

Green chili chopped - 1tsp

White pepper powder - 1/4tsp

Mozzarella cheese - 25grams

Cheddar cheese - 25grams

Black pepper - 1tsp

Ginger chopped - 1tsp

Method

Step 1

Blanch the broccoli slightly in salted boiled vinegar water, set it aside and let it cool down and dry.

Step 2

Using a grater, shred the broccoli.

Step 3

Mix the shredded broccoli,grated potato,grated paneer,chili flakes,kasoori methi,bread crumbs,salt, ginger and green chili chopped and white pepper powder together.

Step 4

Mix well till it's smooth but remains slightly coarse-textured mixture, make sure the mixture is tight enough.

Step 5

Divide the mixture into small balls.

Step 6

Mix Mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, black pepper and chopped ginger together to make fillings.

Step 7

Now, stuff a small amount of fillings into small balls mixture and roll it into flat tikki shape.

Step 8

Deep fry the tikki base for -minutes at °C.

Step 9

Serve hot as a snack.
