10gms ghee/oil/butter 40gms pasta of ur choice, I took Penne 40gms Lentils of ur choice, I took toor dal 100gms broccoli 2 cherry tomatoes or 1 tablespoon chopped tomato and onion Salt n spices Garlic 1 tablespoon chopped

Method

Step 1

cook lentils n pasta in pressure cooker whistle ( if u want al dante pasta, cook past n lentils separately) . In a pan add fat u choose, ghee/oil/butter . Add cumin seeds, garlic , onion and tomato... . Add salt, turmeric, chilli, salt and let it cook for a min . Then mkx above cooked lentils n pasta. . Bring to a boil and ready to serve hot
