Broccoli 1 medium size
Onion 1 small
4 pieces of garlic
Almonds 20 pieces
2 cup of water
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
Butter 5gms
Step- add butter to pressure cooker
Step- add garlic and onion, sauté till translucent
Step- add broccoli , almonds, water , salt, pepper and mix well
Step- close the lid and pressure cook for whistles . Post the pressure cooker gets open use the blender and blend the mixture well.
Step- take a boil in the above mixture and transfer it to a bowl and garnish it with some coriander
