250 ml Oats milk

1 scoop whey/ vegan protein powder

0.5 tbsp Chia seeds

Almonds 10gm

Walnuts 10gm

Spinach 30gm (about one handful)

Frozen mixed berries 40gm (optional)

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Breakfast ready in no time 😀
