Oats

Epigamia yogurt (vanilla flavour)

Whey (I used double rich chocolate flavour)

Method

Step 1

Put oats in boiling water, let them cook for - mins or till soft

Step 2

Pour in a bowl, add half scoop whey and mix well

Step 3

Add epigamia vanilla yogurt and mix again till smooth.
