Olive oil 2gm
Chopped coriander leaves 2gm
Finely chopped onion 10gm

Few drops of lime/lemon juice
Add salt, pepper, onion, tomatoes, coriander, lemon juice to the sliced avocado. Guacamole is ready
Hard toast the bread slices
In a frying pan prepare the sunny side up with the olive oil. Add salt and pepper
On each toasted bread slice put the guacamole and egg respectively. Breakfast is ready to be devoured
