Ingredients

Bread - 75 gm/ 3 slices

Cheese - 100 gm

Vegetables - 50 gm (i have not counted the calories from vegetables, you can increase the vegetables quantity)

Tomato Ketchup - 8 gms (optional)

Method

Step 1

Finely chop your favourite vegetables and boil them for - mins, ensuring they are not overboiled. . Mix the vegetables with half the cheese, and the seasoning of your choice. I used pizza mix and chilli flakes. . Add the mixture on top of each piece of bread and spread evenly. . Add the leftover half cheese on top of the mixture and bake for mins at •C in a pre-baked oven. OR Apply - gms of butter in a pan, keep the bread on top of the butter, and cover with a lid to cook on a low flame. Check after mins if the cheese on top has melted. . Sprinkle some more seasoning on the top, and enjoy!
