100g Mix Veggies
15g Cheese
10g Butter
50g Paneer
Onion
Red chilli powder
Red chilli flakes
Salt & Pepper
Heat butter in a pan and add veggies and Paneer.I used red bell pepper, green bell pepper, broccoli & mushrooms (g). Cook it until done.
Add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala (optional), salt and pepper to taste.
Take bread slices and apply some butter to it and put cooked veggies on bread. Add onion (optional) & Cheese. Sprinkle red chilli flakes.
Bake it for / minutes or until cheese melts.
