Bread generic 2 piece Ghee. 5gm Egg white. 2piece Turmeric pinch Salt&pepper. as per taste
Separate egg whites. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of turmeric in egg whites and mix well. Keep it aside. . Heat a pan in medium flame with some drizzle of oil. . Toast each bread in the pan. . Again drizzle some oil in pan for omelette. Let it spread thinner size. Now, add both bread into it. . Finally, flip and flop each end to enjoy hot hot bread Omelette ready.
