) wash Palak and keep it in water until you cook your omelet ) split eggs in non sticky pan if your not having non sticky then you have to use little ghee ) take Palak in empty container and stir in low flame until it’s shapes change ( remember we are just heating the Palak we don’t required water and oil for this ) ) heat the bread in same omelet plan for min each side then add omelet, Palak on the bread ) bread omelet is ready to serve
