onion -30g tomato - 50 g beetroot- 50g carrot - 50g capsicum- 30g paneer - 100g seed mix - 10g amul cheese cube -1 olive oil - 10g butter - 10g salt pepper chilli powder
) Chop all the veggies and keep aside ) in a pan add oil and butter( half of mentioned above) and add seed mix and all the veggies and salt, saute well .... ) u don't have to cook it completely just saute it for - min and remove in bowl ) now add remaining oil and butter and seed mix , saute well then add crushed paneer and cheese to it add salt pepper and chilli powder as needed mix well and plate it together in the same bowl ) i hope u luv the recipe
