Milk - 200 ml
Ghee -15ml
Dry nuts - almonds, cashews -10 gms each.
Bottle gourd -1 big - 400 gms approx
cardamom powder
Sweetner of your choice
Wash Bottle gourd, peel and grate it
Heat a pan and put the grated bottle gourd to it
let it cook for a while
Add milk, cardamon powder to it
Cover it n cook it for - mins till it cooks and milk almost evaporates
now add sweeetner of your choice and let it cook
in separate pan, roast dry fruits in ml ghee
pour on halwa and mix well n let it cook
add ghee at end and let it cook for - mins
