Ingredients

Bottle Gourd 300gm

Ghee 10gm

Milk 250gm

Almond and cashew 10gm

Stevia 1 sachet

Cardamom powder 1 pinch

Method

Step 1

Heat pan put it Ghee, bottle gourd saute well for a minute.

Step 2

Add milk to it saute well till thickens all the mixture.

Step 3

Add stevia, cardamom powder, almonds, cashew and then again saute well all together.

Step 4

Garnishing with few almonds and cashew.

Step 5
