2 Whole eggs

30 Onion

30 tomatoes

1 Green chillie

Spices

10 gm Oil

Method

Step 1

Cut the boiled eggs into normal size.

Step 2

Heat gm of oil in the pan. Add green chillies, onion, ginger. Cool for some time.

Step 3

Add salt, spices, black pepper, tomatoes. Cook for some time and add some water in between

Step 4

Once tomatoes become soft and spices are cooked properly, add boiled eggs. Mixed it well.

Step 5

You can add coriander leaves if you like.
