Veggies- Tomato, Onion, Methi, 3 pieces of Potato diced

Step 1

Soak. Black eye beans over night. . Pressure cooker beans and pre cook the rice . Add oil to pan, veggies and masala and beans. . Cook for mins. . Add salt and rice and steam for minutes. Ready
