Coconut oil. - 15 gram Bitter gourd. - 100 gram Carrot. - 50 gram
Step : Once pan heated in medium flame, pour oil and add cuts bitter gourd & carrot fry till it’s half done. Step : Add sliced onion and tomato to it. Once tomato mashes well, add spices ( chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder & cumin powder) with tamarind water . Let it cook until raw smell goes off.
