Remove hard back of pumpkin and chop into chunks.
Take a vessel, add water, put a stand in it and keep pumpkin chunks bowl over it.
Cover it and steam for - mins.
Mash the steamed pumpkin.
Add salt, sugar, curd , chopped chilli and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and it's ready to eat.
