Ingredients

Whole eggs -3

Ladyfinger - 60g

Onion - 50g

Wheat flour - 10g

Coconut oil - 5g

Green chilli - 1

Ketchup - 15g

Method

Step 1

Keep the lady finger in boiled water for - minutes Let them cool and chop them Take eggs,add onion,chopped ladyfinger,green chilli and spices - salt,turmeric,chilli powder and beat the mixture properly Put oil in a non stick pan and heat it Pour the batter,cover the lid and cook for - minutes. Flip it and cook from other side too and it is ready Cut them in pieces and serve with a tablespoon of ketchup!!
